Since its debut a little over a month back, Disney Plus has been a hot topic. It seems like those who have subscribed now can’t live without the streaming service.
We’re not looking to add to our cable bill (and we also have NetFlix thanks to T-Mobile) but we have been curious about giving Disney Plus a try.
Lucas is interested in watching the Star Wars movies so subscribing would make a lot of sense since most of the movies are available to stream. We’ve also heard great things about the original series, The Mandalorian.
Currently, Disney Plus offers those curious to give the service a try, a 7-day free trial. This seems like a fair offer but I can’t imagine watching all of the Star Wars films in that amount of time.
I recently received an e-mail from Delta offering “A Special SkyMiles Offer“, a Disney Plus extended free trial. The offer doubles the free trial period to 14 days.
I’m tempted to take Delta up on their offer but we’ll be going away in a few days and I don’t see us having the time to watch lots of Disney Plus.
The offer comes with a promo code which needs to be redeemed by January 31, 2020.
The way the free trial works is that after you redeem the offer you get enrolled in an auto-renewing monthly subscription which costs $6.99 per month. To avoid the automatic charges, all you need to do is cancel before the free trial expires.
According to the T&Cs, the free trial offer is good for a one time use and non-transferable.
Do you have Disney Plus? If so, what do you think of the service so far?
