The Rules:
- Open to legal United States residents residing in the 48 contiguous US & DC
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Must be a licensed and insured driver
- There is a limit of 52 entries during the sweepstakes
How To Enter:
A. Initial Entry: i) Registration Form: Visit the link below to complete and submit the registration form in its entirety. Entrant will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for completing the registration form by December 23, 2019.
B. Bonus Entries: Entrant must submit an Initial Entry in order to obtain Bonus Entries.
- i) Dollar Express Rewards: Upon completing and submitting an Initial Entry, Entrants may sign up to be a Dollar Express Rewards member by visiting https://www.dollar.com/Express/Enroll.aspx to receive one (1) bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. Signing up for the Dollar Express Rewards program is free. Existing Dollar Express members will receive an automatic one (1) bonus entry when they register for the sweepstakes.
- ii) Referral via Social Media: Entrant will receive a personalized link on the registration confirmation page and via email upon completion of the Initial Entry process and may send the provided personalized link to friends/contacts who they think would like to enter the Sweepstakes. For each friend who enters using the link via Facebook, Twitter and personalized link to complete an Initial Entry, the Entrant that referred the friend will receive two (2) Bonus Entries. Entrant may provide the link to family, friends and direct known contacts, but should not engage in phishing or spamming.
- iii) Mail-in: To enter without referrals, but completing and submitting an Initial Entry, Entrant may enter by mail as follows: on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code) and email address (if any) and mail your completed 3” x 5” card to: “Dollar Music City” Sweepstakes, PO Box 10850, Rochester, NY 14610. Each envelope shall equal three (3) entries. Entries must be postmarked by December 30, 2019 and received by January 7, 2020 to be eligible for the drawing. No more than three (3) entries per envelope.
