JetBlue Adding Daily Flights To Country I’d Love To Visit!

JetBlue

For a few years now I’ve been saving my JetBlue points to visit one of their international destinations like Ecuador or Haiti.

In the near future, the airline will be flying to a new South American country that I’d love to visit!

Starting in April 2020, JetBlue will be flying non-stop daily to Guyana, their fourth South American destination!

The airline will fly the new route on the new Airbus A321 neo from New York’s JFK airport to Georgetown, Guyana’s Cheddi Jagan International AIrport (GEO).

Guyana is just 5 hours by plane. The country has lots of outdoor adventure activities to offer visitors.

Here is the daily flight schedule:

  • JFK-GEO Flight #1965: 11:55 pm – 5:58 am
  • GEO-JFK Flight #1966: 7:20 am – 1:09 pm

I’ve been hoping to visit Guyana, French Guiana and Suriname for quite some time. With the addition of this new upcoming JetBlue route, it will make visiting a bit easier. (It’s always nice to have more options to get to places!)

I can’t see visiting Guyana in April but it is a possible option for the summer of 2020.

Are you excited for the new route JetBlue is adding?

  1. Boraxo- Based on your country count, I’m not sure how that makes you an authority on Top 100 countries. It’s just your opinion. I’d like to visit and experience as many countries as possible.

BTW- I’ve been to 102, my 7 year old has been to 64 and my just turned 3 year old has been to 34 countries.

    1. Love your answer!
There are some beautiful natural sites in Guyana such as Kaiteur Falls.

      Definitely somewhere to check out.

I hope that you enjoy it.

  2. Have been to 50 countries and None of those would even crack my top 100. So many other countries that are great for tourists
