A couple of strangers are being investigated by the FBI for getting a bit too close during a recent Delta flight, engaging in a sex act.

The duo was flying from Los Angeles to Detroit to get on separate connecting flights. (He was going on to Miami, and she to Nashville, according to FOX News.)

During the flight, “the woman was caught giving the man oral sex while the two were in their seats“, according to FOX News.

The duo was not named but it is reported that the man is 28 years-old and the woman is 48 years-old. There were both issued citations and the FBI might could be bringing heavier charges. They could be facing misdemeanor or felony charges.

Other passengers weren’t amused. One passenger told Detroit’s WDIV-TV, “The act itself is inappropriate in a public space.” I can’t imagine that any of you would disagree.

This brings joining the mile-high club to the next level. Rather than get into trouble with the law, the couple might want to think about booking a flight with Flamingo Air. Oh right, they were strangers before meeting on the Delta flight.
