United Blamed For Dog’s Death, 50 FREE Marriott Points, Trip Planning: 5 Weeks in the Pacific, Honolulu Bans Cell Phones in Crosswalks, Wyndham Rewards Gift, Win A Lufthansa Duck, & More- The Rehash!

rehash

The Michael W Travels family is currently in Samoa and almost half way done with our trip to the Pacific.

It’s been a busy trip with lots of flying and crappy WiFi in most places so it’s been hard to follow what’s been going on in the world of miles and points. If I missed anything important, feel free to fill me in!

How has your week gone when it comes to miles, points and travel?

Now it’s time to take a look back at some of the past week’s post in a recap that I like to call, The Rehash!

Stupid and insensitive: Chinese tourists were arrested for doing the Nazi salute in Germany.

An interesting idea to help with people being hit in crosswalks… Cellphone use was banned in crosswalks in Honolulu.

It might not be much but Wyndham Rewards sends another gift.

When does the bad press stop? United Airlines blamed for dog’s death.

Another week, another chance to Enter to win a Lufthansa First Class Duck.

Check out my trip planning post for the Pacific Islands: 733,844 miles & points + $4,000=  5 Weeks in the Pacific for family of 4.

If you didn’t already link your social accounts to Marriott, you should do so now. You’ve got nothing to lose. Here’s the first offer to Earn an easy 50 Marriott Rewards Points for a tweet.

That’s all I’ve got for this week’s rehash! ‘Til next time.
