Superstar actor Harrison Ford can’t seem to keep out of trouble when it comes to piloting his planes.

Back in 2015, Ford was seriously injured when he crashed his plane on a golf course. The crash wasn’t really his fault as it was attributed to mechanical problems.

Now the FAA is investigating Ford.

While flying his single-engine Huskey plane, Ford narrowly avoided a serious incident with an American Airlines plane.

Ford was instructed to land on runway 20-L at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California. However, he accidentally flew towards a taxiway, flying over the top of AA Flight 1546. The AA flight was still able to depart just minutes later for Dallas.

NBC News reports that “Ford, 74, was heard on air traffic control recordings asking, “Was that airliner meant to be underneath me?

Soon after Ford was informed that he landed on a taxiway not the runway which violates FAA safety rules. The incident is now being investigated by the FAA  “which could result in a simple warning letter to a suspension of Ford’s pilot’s license“.

So what kind of repercussions might Harrison Ford face for this latest incident? Who knows but may the force be with him!

  1. Revoke his license. He probably doesn’t drive and if he does, revoke that license as well. If it was anyone else, their license would be revoked. They should have tested his blood as well.
