Country Inn Gift, 25K Hilton Bonus Points, Woman Opens Emergency Door of Moving Plane, Tenn Hangs Off Carnival Ship, Apple Replacing iPhone Batteries, Lyft Passenger Shot & More- The Rehash

Rehash

This weekend we stayed at The Warwick Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. The property was formerly the Radisson Blu Warwick. This was our final Club Carlson stay booked with the 2nd night free benefit. It sure felt like the end of an era for hotel bookings although we booked way back in May 2015.

Otherwise, we’re still working on finalizing trip itineraries for a few things coming up. We’re still making decisions on what to do which is holding up the planning a bit…

How has your week gone when it comes to miles, points and travel?

Now it’s time to take a look back at some of this past week’s posts in a recap that I like to call, The Rehash!

Country Inn & Suites sent out thank you gifts. Did you receive one?

Be careful with who you invite back to your hotel room. A man’s $18,000 Rolex was stolen from his NYC hotel.

20% off JetBlue flights. Deal expired

Did you receive this offer to earn 25,000 Hilton HHonors bonus points?

I received an offer to get $20 in statement credits with the JetBlue Mastercard.

Stupid News: Woman opens the emergency exit of a taxiing plane, jumps out.

Wyndham Rewards sends another free gift.

Having trouble with your iPhone shutting off? Apple is replacing some iPhone batteries for free.

And more stupid news: Stupid teen hangs off a moving Carnival cruise ship.

A Lyft passenger was shot (and then died) in an attempted robbery.

A solid offer to earn up to 1,500 bonus miles with Delta SkyMiles Shopping. Offer ends December 9 at 11:59 pm ET.

That’s all I’ve got for this week’s rehash!
