How Was It Flying Norwegian Air With Their Strict Baggage Rules

I recently wrote about a sweet deal, NYC- Amsterdam for $356 roundtrip.

While booking this deal with Norwegian Air, I had some concerns due to their strict baggage rules. The airline clearly states restrictions like the max size your bag can be and the allowed weight you can carry on for flights.

Due to this, I decided to pay to use the overhead bin during the flight. I figured that for an additional $12 each way, it was worth it to pay to bring a rollaboard. Continue reading How Was It Flying Norwegian Air With Their Strict Baggage Rules

I’d bet that most of you have faced the dilemma of being charged extra baggage fees when checking in luggage at the airport.

The big questions is what do you do?

A few times, we were told that a piece of luggage was overweight so we needed to open our bags and move things around. This is definitely annoying but at least we didn’t get stuck paying extra fees. Continue reading This Woman Hacked Not Paying Extra Baggage Fees By Doing This

Scorpions can be quite the nuisance.

A scorpion attacked a woman on an Alaska Airlines flight back in 2015. That same year another oneĀ stung a man three times causing a flight to turn back. Last year, a scorpion stung a passenger on a United flight.

In the latest incident involving the little arachnid, luckily nobody was stung… Continue reading Tourist Finds Scorpion In Luggage After Returning From Trip To Africa

Here’s another reason why it might be better to bring your luggage as a carry-on. Continue reading Baggage Handler Purposely Sent Luggage To Wrong Destinations

On one of my first trips to Europe I had the unfortunate problem of my bag not showing up with my flight. While my friend and I did receive our bags later that evening, it was an inconvenience to walk up the Eiffel Tower feeling dirty and in not so comfortable footwear.

Golfer Michael Buttacavoli had a much bigger issue when American Airlines made a big mistake. Continue reading American Airlines Loses Golf Clubs, Golfer Withdraws from US Open Qualifier

I find Kickstarter and other crowd-funding sites to be really interesting and a great way for innovators and creators to bring their ideas to market. However, I can’t say that I’ve backedĀ a campaign.

A new carry-onĀ just became the most funded luggage ever on Kickstarter,Ā blowing away its intended funding goal. Continue reading The Most Funded Luggage Ever on Kickstarter

Airline Employee Slapped By Passenger Due To Luggage

I’ve heard of scenarios of air rage like an in-flight fight over a crying baby and we had pilots fight in the cockpit prior to take-off. Oh, and who could forget about the nutty ex-VP of Korean Air.

It’s no wonder that flight attendants want air rage fines raised.

In the latest case of air-rage, it actually was more like airport rage since this time it took place pre-flight while still in the airport.

Why you might ask? Continue reading Airline Employee Slapped By Passenger Due To Luggage
