Cool! This NYC Neighborhood Named One Of The Coolest In World!

Time Out recently released their list of the 49 Coolest Neighborhoods in the World.

The list’s “result was based on a survey of over 27,000 international city dwellers“, according to TONY.

I expected to see at least one neighborhood in NYC on the list. However, I didn’t think that it would be in Manhattan!
