20% Off WOW Air Flights, Stuck on Uluru, Uber Scheduled Rides, Toddlers at Oktoberfest, 10500 Bonus United Miles, Real Housewives Kicked Off Flight, Shacktoberfest & More- The Rehash!

My Southwest Companion Pass expires at the end of this year so I’m trying to figure out a way (time is an issue) to use up most of my points. I’m currently considering a couple of trips which would probably use up a good amount of them.

Now that I’m done with the minimum spend on my newest credit card, I’m trying to decide on what to apply for next. Since I was denied for the Chase Sapphire Reserve card, I could still try getting approved at a branch but that sounds like a pain.

How has your week gone when it comes to miles, points and travel?

Now it’s time to take a look back at some of this past week’s posts in a recap that I like to call, The Rehash!

It’s probably best to follow advice when visiting new places. Warned not to climb, 3 tourists got stuck on Uluru and needed an 11 hour rescue.

I hope to test this out at some point. The Uber scheduled ride feature is now available in New York.

In stupid news, A man arrested for harassing the Milwaukee County Sheriff Clarke during a flight.

Here’s a nice offer which I probably won’t get to do. Earn 10,500 United miles for renting twice with Hertz.

Check out a Flashback: Should you take your toddler to Oktoberfest?

I’d like to hear both sides of this story. Real Housewives star says she was kicked off of a Hawaiian Airlines flight.

Warning! This post might make you hungry. Food Review: Shake Shack’s Shacktoberfest.

The mom of an unaccompanied minor on the wrong JetBlue flight is suing the airline. I’m not sure what one would consider fair compensation but I feel JetBlue tried to do the right thing.

This might be a nice deal for some of you. For a limited time, save 20% off WOW air flights to Iceland.

That’s all I’ve got!
