Back in 2014, Kim, Lucas and I spent a night at IHG’s EVEN Hotels in Norwalk, CT. (Check out my review of EVEN Hotels Norwalk.) We stayed at the hotel to earn a very nice amount of points from the Into the Nights promo.
When we stayed at EVEN there were only two locations for the brand, Norwalk, CT and Rockville, MD. Then it was announced that three more EVEN Hotels would be added in NYC. Since then I saw that they also added a location in Omaha, Nebraska.
I just received a bonus offer from IHG where I could earn 10,000 bonus points for a stay at EVEN Hotels.
The offer isn’t really much use to me. In order to earn the bonus points, a minimum two-night stay is required at one EVEN location, the new EVEN Hotel Times Square South.
(Since we love the EVEN brand so much, we actually used an IHG free night to stay at the location for my birthday in December.)
Some details about the offer:
- Earn 10,000 bonus points during stays at NYC’s EVEN Hotels Times Square South until March 31, 2016
- Must be an IHG member or enroll prior to booking
- You need to book rate code IKP10 to earn the bonus
- Must stay at least two consecutive nights to earn the bonus
While this sounds like a decent offer, it might be quite costly to stay at this property. As an example, the cost to stay during the night we used our Anniversary Free Night was $415!
A much cheaper way to earn 10,000 IHG points would’ve been by participating in the IHG Priceless Surprises promo!

Darn, I stayed at the times square south property in January, so I missed out! Think there is any way I could get them to retroactively apply this promotion to the stay?
