The newest edition of the World’s Fair, Expo Milano 2015 will be taking place in Milan, Italy for six months from May 1 to October 31.

There will be over 140 countries represented with the theme focused on Feeding the Planet, Energy For Life.

According to Expo2015.org “Expo Milano 2015 will talk about the problems of nutrition and the resources of our planet. The idea is to open up a dialogue between international players, and to exchange views on these major challenges which impact everyone“.

While I’d really love to attend Expo Milano 2015, the timing doesn’t seem to right. Kim, Lucas and I were in Milan last year and with many trips already in the works, getting back there won’t be happening this year.

At some point in the future, I’ll most likely make it a point to attend a world expo.

If you’re attending (or planning to attend) Expo Milano 2015, tickets to the event won’t be cheap. However, if you purchase your tickets prior to the opening, you’ll save up to 20%!

  1. I highly recommend going. I went to Shanghai in 2010. Don’t make yourself wait for Dubai in 2020. It’s going through October.
