USAir Dividend Miles Dining

If you haven’t already created an US Airways Dividend Miles Dining account now is the time to do so.

Gary from View From the Wing reported last week how we could link our American and US Air frequent flyer accounts. He also says that the programs will combine in just a few more months.

US Airway’s Dividend Miles Dining is currently offering an easy to attain sign up bonus. Once the AA and US Air frequent flyer programs merge, my guess is that Dividend Miles Dining will go away and you’ll lost out on the chance to earn these easy miles.

The Offer: Earn 2,000 bonus miles with the Sign Up and Dine bonus by February 1, 2015.

To earn the bonus, all you have to do is:

  • Sign up for Dividend Miles Dining
  • Spend $30 or more on single dine, including tax & tip using a registered card within 30 days of joining.
  • Complete a review within 30 days of dining.

Some Rules (from Dividend Miles Dining):

This bonus offer is open only to new members who have not yet created a dining profile in the Dividend Miles Dining who join and create their dining profile by February 1, 2015. A dining profile includes creating a web login and opting in and remaining opted in to receive emails from Dividend Miles Dining with a valid, deliverable email address. To qualify, your profile must originate through one of the links on this page. You must enroll and create your dining profile by February 1, 2015 to qualify for this bonus. 1. Carolyn S- I am pretty sure the miles have to post to your account by January 31 from the dine. I’d definitely call US Airways and tell them the situation, maybe they can help you out. If not, depending on how long it’s been since your last account activity, you can pay a fee to have the points restored. (I’m not sure how pricey that can get though.) Good luck.

        1. Well Michael, I never had any luck talking to a person so I wrote an email and I actually got a phone call a few days later. The young lady told me that they would restore my miles if I would do a dine before March 20th. She told me that she would send me an email detailing the offer and that I should let her know when the dine was done. However, she never sent the email. I did that dine Saturday evening. Now I guess I’ll send an email to the address that I wrote to originally and hope that it gets to the right person.

          Thanks for your interest.

  2. I just received an email telling me that my Airline miles have been suspended. I belong to the dividend dining miles program and I did dine with one of the approved restaurants on January 30, 2015. The cut off date to dine before my miles were to be taken was January 31, 2015. I can provide a copy of the receipt if necessary. How can I go about getting my miles restored?

  3. MR. Dioji- Are you sure that the offer wasn’t there and that you just didn’t realize? Maybe you could call or send a message to find out?

Beck- You definitely do need to add cards so the program can track your dines. I’ve done it with many of the programs and have never had a problem.

  4. It asks for a credit card. I assume this is so when you charge your meal, the system knows?

“You’re registering your credit or debit card so we can issue rewards to you. Use this card at our participating locations and automatically earn rewards. Your information is secure with us, and we will never charge your card. Still a little uneasy?”
