If you plan on renting a car soon, United has a couple of bonus offers available with National and Alamo.
Savings can be up to 30% off and you can earn up to 1,500 United miles. The longer you rent when booking with MileagePlus, will equate to more miles to be earned.
To earn the bonus you must book you rental with your MileagePlus number by October 31 for pickups until December 15, 2014. The offer is available at participating locations in the U.S. and Canada.

When booking with National, earn 1,000 bonus miles.
- There is no minimum rental on compact or larger vehicles.
- Earn an additional 50 miles per day on rentals of 1-4 days, rentals of 5 days or longer earn 500 miles.
When booking with Alamo, earn 500 bonus miles.
- There is no minimum rental on compact or larger vehicles.
- Earn an additional 50 miles per day on rentals of 1-4 days, rentals of 5 days or longer earn 500 miles.
